The Begining

Welcome to Nigerian Gunners Online Blog where i share my thoughts with you all on different issues relating to my favorite club Arsenal FC. There is only one reason i am doing this, well maybe two. First, I love Arsenal, every single part of it. The history, the players, the manager, the footballing philosophy, the slick passing and dominating games without winning, coming close to winning trophies without actually winning them -well maybe not the last two- but I love Arsenal.

I dont know what it feels like to support a team like Chelski, or Liverpool,-really Liverpool-, but am sure it can never be as exciting and exhilarating and sometimes frustrating to be an Arsenal fan. Just take the moment that King Henry curled the ball into the lower right corner of the Leeds net on Monday night as an example. the sheer raw, unhindered emotion he displayed and the effects of the goal worldwide is unbelievable. Only Arsenal gives you such pleasure even in an FA Cup third round game against a championship side. I love the Arsenal and i cant imagine anything I love more than the Arsenal-well except a certain Architect i met sometime last year- (dont ask who she is aproko).

There you have it, thats why am writing blog-because of love- and three times every week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, I will be sharing my thoughts on various Arsenal news, events on and off the pitch, preview and review of matches all brought to you the Naija style.
I am working on bringing you video highlights of games and when I have it I will post it.
